Privacy Policy
The Blue Folder (thebluefolder.com) is a small project run by one person. This page
explains what data we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't.
What we collect
Email addresses, when you sign up for our waitlist or download a free guide. We store them with our email service provider (Loops.so) and use them to send you what you asked for: waitlist updates, guide delivery, and (later) announcements about the product.
Pinterest analytics, if you interact with our pins. Pinterest shares aggregate impressions, saves, and click data with us. This tells us which content is useful. We don't see anything personal about you.
Server logs, automatically, for a short window. These come from Cloudflare and Vercel (our DNS and hosting providers). They include IP addresses and request metadata. We don't read them unless something breaks; the providers may use them for security and rate-limiting.
We don't collect names, addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or anything else you don't give us directly.
What we do with it

- Fix things that are broken
- Reply if you email us
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. We don't use it to build profiles of you across other sites.
Your choices
Unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list.
Delete your data. Email hello@thebluefolder.com and ask. We'll remove your email from our list within 7 days.
Access. Same address. We'll show you what we have on you.
Cookies
We don't set marketing or tracking cookies. The hosting providers (Cloudflare, Vercel) may set strictly-necessary cookies for security. The waitlist form, when it ships, will set a session cookie to prevent spam submissions, nothing stored beyond that session.

- Email list: Loops.so (US-based)
- Website hosting: Vercel (US-based, global edge network)
- DNS: Cloudflare (global edge network)
- Source code: GitHub (US-based, private repo)
We chose providers with reasonable privacy practices. None of them have access to your data beyond what their service requires.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll update this page and bump the date above. Small edits (typos, clarifications) won't be flagged.
